Green Project is capable to propose punching machines for punching the front (cut) surface of bars in static conditions and paint / ink jet marking machines for marking beams in various positions during conveyance.
Punching machines are based on PUMA Mono / PUMA Speedy devices and in general they are fixed installations positioned at the end of hot or cold rolling mills.
Paint / ink jet marking machines are in general fixed installations positioned aside the conveyor lines and mark the beams “on fly”.
Special devices for blowing off oil, water, scale before marking are available.
