Green Project offers heavy duty machines for marking billets, blooms and beam blanks, when they stop in the C.C. run out area or on the cooling bed.
Different technologies are proposed: PUMA HAMMER for punching, which is permanent and very fast; SPRAY for metal spray marking, where characters are white, big (min. size is 40 mm) and very well readable also from distance; TEMA for paint spray marking, mainly used when marking "on fly" is required on billet side surface.
Reading systems are available for all marking technologies.

SPRAY (powder base or wire base) system is used in those cases when characters must be read from distance.
Being no contact marking systems, they can equip both standard machines (fixed marking units or moveable along floor rails or portals) and robots for excellent flexibility of operation and reliability.
The surface to be marked must be free from scale, which could affect the marking quality; Green Project offers both mechanical and water jet descaling systems.
