Green Project is able to propose a complete variety of solutions for marking coils, typically depending on coil orientation, position of the marking on the coil (also within the coil eye), text content, marking technology (typically paint spray), this in cold and hot conditions and with robots or standard electro-mechanical arrangements.
Paint spray marking machines are based on TEMA Multi (characters are defined by a matrix of dots) or TEMA Mono (characters are defined by a continuous line of paint, like handwritten).
Our automatic reading units (AURS), fixed or portable, are available to read a Data Matrix code or directly the letters and numbers.
Printing and automatically applying a label, writing using a felt pen manipulated by a robot, dot punching a coil sample are additional solutions which complete the Green Project global offer for coils.
