One of the most important strength-points of Green Project is the capability to supply a qualified and timely assistance service on his own products: this is a key factor to assure the operational efficiency, in particular in the continuous production plants, thus satisfying a primary need of every Client.
Green Project, directly or through local certified representatives, supplies assistance service, spare parts and consumables all over the world; a group of skilled technicians is always ready to listen to the Client's needs and to intervene in order to solve the problem in the shortest time.
In more detail Green Project proposes the following services:
Before the machine is in operation:
- Supervision to erection
- Commissioning and start up
- Training of operation and maintenance personnel.
After the machine is in operation:
- On site periodic maintenance (call-based or contract service)
- On site unscheduled maintenance (call-based)
- Local supply of original spare parts and consumables
- Free telephone technical assistance in working time.
Green Project also proposes special “GLOBAL SERVICE” contracts, shaped on the specific needs of each Client, which include the management of all the assistance activities, with various conditions and durations.
