PAINT/INK MARKING SYSTEM FOR HOT AND COLD PRODUCTS

Green Project produces a wide range of high performance products for marking hot and cold metal products (up to 1100°C), obtained by nebulization of special paints. The proposed systems can operate with special paints (high covering power) or inks (also removable) able to satisfy the most demanding requirements.
TEMA is available in three different solutions:
TEMA MULTI: modular head with multiple guns (7, 9, 12 guns) for marking characters defined by a matrix of dots
TEMA MONO: single gun head for continuous line marking
TEMA HP: modular head with multiple guns (7, 16, 32 guns) for high quality, high speed dot matrix marking




Tema Multi

TEMA MULTI is a modular paint marking system based on a series of heavy duty special guns able to spray dots of paint.
TEMA MULTI system is basically composed by:

  • a set of spray guns singularly fixed to a manifold
  • the paint feeding cabinet with paint recirculation
  • the pneumatic cabinet
  • the control unit
  • the automatic cleaning system

Technical features
Product temperature:from ambient to 1100°C
Font matrix:7, 9 or 12 dots in height
Characters type:alphanumeric, logos, Data Matrix, special characters, different fonts
Characters size:height from 28 to 200 mm (settable by the operator)
Marking speed:up to 50 characters / s
Type of marking:standard (straight forward), reverse, upside down, on one or more lines;
static marking (head moving over the product at standstill) or dynamic
marking (on fly during product conveyance)
Marking product:paint (solvent and water based) or ink (according the application)

System configuration
  • compact head for easy installation
  • pneumatic driven spray gun command
  • special arrangement of marking head and spray gun for easy maintenance
  • two or more heads can be combined to obtain complex customer logos and special characters
  • local control box for set up and maintenance: spray gun cleaning, single shot, repeated shot,
  • control unit capable to manage unlimited number of heads / lines and number of characters per line
  • marking mode: time base control or encoder control
  • full control of marking parameters, adjustable in run - time mode by local or remote interface
  • marking data entered by local HMI or downloaded by remote interface
  • multi-platform (Java) tool for characters and logos editing

Tema Mono
TEMA MONO is a paint marking system based on a single, heavy duty special gun able to spray a continuous line of paint defining characters as a human hand in a wide range of dimensions. The nozzle can be manipulated by a robot or an electro-mechanical X-Y table.
TEMA MONO system is basically composed by:
  • a spray gun fixed to the manifold
  • the paint feeding cabinet with paint recirculation
  • the pneumatic cabinet
  • the automatic cleaning system

Tema HP
TEMA HP is a modular, paint/ink marking system suitable for high resolution characters and/or high speed marking process.
TEMA HP system is basically composed by:
  • a multi-nozzles marking head
  • the paint / ink feeding cabinet with paint / ink recirculation
  • the pneumatic cabinet
  • the microprocessor control system
  • the automatic cleaning system

Available matrix:various, from 7 up to 32 dots in height
Characters type:alphanumeric, logos, Data Matrix, special characters, different fonts
Characters size:height from 10 to 132 mm (settable by the operator)
Marking speed:up to 250 characters / s
Type of marking:standard (straight forward), reverse, upside down, on one or more lines
static marking (head moving over the product at standstill) or dynamic
marking (on fly during product conveyance)
Marking product:paint (solvent and water based) or ink (according the application)
